Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any products purchased. Please ensure you review all product details and descriptions before completing your order.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through the contact page on our website and write the issue in comment box. We will assess the issue within 24 hours and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Change of mind returns or exchanges based on colour, size, or texture are not acceptable.
